The project start and end dates are estimated dates. It's best practice to overestimate the end date.
The owner’s information must be included in the Notice of Intent application. Except in the case of leased property, an owner is the party that has ultimate control and responsibility over the project. In the case of leased property, this role belongs to the lessor.
For corporations, the application shall be signed by a responsible corporate officer. For a partnership or sole proprietorship, the application shall be signed by a general partner or the proprietor, respectively. For a municipality, state, federal, or other public agency, the application shall be signed by either a principal executive officer or a ranking elected official.
The NPDES eReporting Tool is the system that the Utah Department of Environmental Quality uses to collect reports and permit applications. The ER number serves as your user ID, and we need it to give you access to applications we prepare on your behalf.
